At LORIER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
